Joy in the Ordinary

Look around, really look around and you will find joy... joy in the everyday... joy in the ordinary things.

This week has been the coldest of the season.

Making cookies for the school bake sale.

Chuck looking up additional information after a question on a Bible trivia card.

Trying out a new style.

Creating.

Brotherly love!

May your day be filled with joy and contentment!

Wendy! Did your thermometer say 60-some degrees? Oh, I would love that! It's been near zero here all week with windchills in the negative numbers. Truly a week to stay indoors! Is that your hair, btw? It looks very nice like that!

Amber the 66* was inside... 9* was outside... how I wish it were 60 something! :)

It looks as if the deep freeze has settled in everywhere. This morning it's a balmy 8* outside! I'm so looking forward to next week when we will have a warm up headed our way. Hope you have one soon too!

It is only 14 degrees here today with snow! I enjoyed seeing your photos. I hope you have a nice weekend!

Glad to see that I am not the only one who is conservative with the indoor temperature. We default to another layer of clothing before raising the thermostat.
I really like your bun--very neat and classy looking.
Have a cozy weekend.

I like the hairstyle. It looks very neat. I have a hard time getting my hair to stay up. The pins keep falling out. Do you have that problem? Jess bought some handmade hair pins on line. She says they are very good. Enjoy your day and God bless.
